Adblock Pro is an Internet Explorer plugin that can enhance your browsing experience by blocking unwanted ads and popups. It doesn't even download these ads, saving your bandwith and improving page loading time.

I was glad to see that most of the ads that were displayed on the pages that I visited were invisible after installing this plugin. Adblock Pro is able to block flying ads that appear on web pages. This is definitely the most intrusive type of commercial that can be shown on a website, so the fact that the program blocks it is great.

The plugin is displayed in Internet Explorer's status bar after it's installed. A small green icon is shown beside a number which represents how many popups, banners, etc. were blocked.

Pluses: A nice thing about this software is the fact that although it comes with predefined blocking settings, it allows you to block other websites.

Drawbacks / flaws:

In conclusion: Adblock Pro does its job quite well. If you want to improve your Internet Explorer browsing experience, you could try this software.
